The Last Villa is an exclusive retreat located in the leafy waterside of Sandy Bay, Hobart, Tasmania and has secured the talented architect Steven Last the 2009 Australian Institute of Architects (Tasmania) Award for Heritage Architecture.
The Last Villa is a unique property that offers 3 self-contained apartments, The Penthouse, Cruise Ship and Barcelona.
Catering for couples in eclectic European inspired interiors, overlooking the famous River Derwent, Mt Wellington and profiles prestigious Sandy Bay. Only a short stroll from Battery Point, a renowned sea food restaurant and only 6kms to the famous Salamanca markets and Hobart CBD.
Each apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests, however they are better suited for couples and corporate groups. Ensuring complete privacy from the street, this architecturally designed accommodation is ideal for those wanting a city retreat with a European influence.
Whilst staying at The Last Villa, you can enjoy the first class booking service provided by Luxury Oz Stays. We can tailor personalised packages to compliment your stay at the Last Villa including private chefs, wine tours, airport transfers, dinner reservations or small gifts on arrival including flowers and chocolates – just to name a few!!
All tariffs are quoted in Australian dollars.
Tariffs are per night for 2 adults and include a Lipscombe Larder welcome hamper of provisions.
Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests, however The Last Villa recommends just 2 guests to an apartment. Children will only be considered at The Last Villa when booking out all 3 apartments.
Peak Rates
$360 per night off peak
$450 per night peak
The third guest is charged $44 per night.
Note: A fold up bed are used to accommodate the third person in the Barcelona studio. The Cruise Ship studio includes a double bed and one queen bed.
Travel from Hobart CBD or Salamanca and proceed along Sandy Bay Road for 6kms (20kms from Hobart airport). The Last Villa is located adjacent to bus stop 22.
