An acclaimed design featured in numerous Australian and European lifestyle publications. The Last Beach House is among the best in Australia...
Overlooking the foreshore reserve where nature provides the ultimate catalyst for a truly relaxing beach holiday. Ideal for families, surfers, nature enthusiasts or lovers seeking some romantic pampering.
Only 1.5 hours from the buzz of metropolitan Melbourne, The Last Beach House offers the perfect getaway to indulge and unwind.
Centrally located to all Phillip Island attractions and within 80 metres to a secluded surf beach, which is easily accessed by a new eco-coastal elevated boardwalk over a pure foreshore nature reserve area.
This luxurious self-catering accommodation welcomes up to six persons and is ideal for families or friends traveling together. Providing open-planned living this beautifully designed property includes all of the modern conveniences of home - modern kitchen with stainless steel Blanco appliances, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, full cooking and laundry facilities.
Decorated with quality retro furnishings, this Phillip Island luxury beach house provides three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is spacious, with a queen bed and private ensuite including a modern spa bath.
The interior, unlike the exterior, is smooth and refined. Red and green feature walls animate the spaces. "The red is evocative of the sunsets down here. The green reflects coastal grasses,” says Architect Steven Last, who has filled the house with 1970’s classic furniture.
Named "Best Beach House" in 2005 in Domain magazine by Melbourne's The Age newspaper.
